Joukje Bijlsma

Joukje Bijlsma is a Senior Change Management Consultant at Alliander since July 2020, focusing on the implementation of a new office usage strategy and leading a change team. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner and Organization Change Advisor at Liander from May 2012 to July 2020, providing strategic HR solutions for organizational change and personnel planning. Additional roles in organizational development and HR consulting span back to 2000, with experience gained at various organizations including Nuon, Human Capital Group, and Rijkswaterstaat. Joukje holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Sciences from Tilburg University and has completed a coaching program at ICM opleidingen & trainingen.
