Leon van Ginneken

Leon van Ginneken is a seasoned IT professional with a robust background in sustainable energy technology. Currently serving as a Technical Solution Lead at Alliander since March 2012, Leon has held various roles including Lead IT Consultant and Technical Trainee, completing a comprehensive 2-year program involving multiple projects across different departments. Prior experience includes a graduation project focused on lithium-ion battery thermal management and an internship at Abengoa's Marine Energy department, where a feasibility study for renewable energy solutions was conducted. Leon also served as Vice President of the Batavierenrace, overseeing operations for one of the Netherlands' largest student sports events. Leon holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Energy Technology from the University of Twente, completed in 2011.
