Robert van der Heijden

Robert van der Heijden is an experienced professional in innovation and corporate venturing, currently working at Alliander since August 2023, focusing on creating and accelerating solutions for the energy system of the future through collaborations with startups. Previously, Robert served as the Head of Startup Incubator, Program Director, and Program Manager & Startup Trainer at YES!Delft from February 2020 to July 2023. Robert also worked as a Manager at Deloitte Nederland's Center for the Edge, assisting senior executives in exploring emerging business and technology opportunities. Additional roles include Advisor at Future Ideas, Project Manager at Ventur.es, Management Trainee at Nederlandse Spoorwegen, and internships at Philips Lighting and NBG Industrial Automation. Robert holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management and has participated in programs related to sustainable development and entrepreneurship through various educational institutions.
