Shirley Houter

Shirley Houter is a Software Kotlin Developer at Alliander since September 2023, following a tenure at Rabobank from January 2020 to August 2023 as a DevOps Java Software Developer. Previously, Shirley worked as a Software Developer for Rabobank Groep via Ordina in 2019 and as a Junior Technical Consultant at Ordina from September 2018 to December 2019, participating in the Young Professional Program.
