Ed Maxwell

Ed Maxwell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, consulting, and education. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Farmers & Merchants Bank & Trust and as an Economic Consultant at Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., Ed conducts financial analysis and leads diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previously, Ed was the CEO and founder of Third Left Wellness, a startup focused on employee training. Ed has held various financial roles, including Financial Analyst at Springs Window Fashions and Senior Financial Analyst at Lands' End, as well as academic positions as a Finance Professor at Madison Area Technical College. Ed holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Education in History from Marian University, and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Lawrence University.
