Lucas Pechacek

Lucas Pechacek is a seasoned professional in project management and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Senior Manager of the Federal Funding Office at Alliant Energy since July 2012. In this role, Lucas leads a team focused on enhancing the utility's growth and sustainability through federal funding strategies. Previously, Lucas held various managerial positions within Alliant Energy, overseeing significant projects such as the Columbia Generation Station enhancements, which included budgets totaling approximately $789.5 million. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer at M. A. Mortenson Company, contributing to large-scale projects like the University of Minnesota Biomedical Discovery District and Target Field, as well as an internship with Cherne Contracting. Lucas holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
