Mr. Garcia is President of the Pulp and Paper Division of Domtar Corporation, which designs, manufactures, markets and distributes a wide variety of fiber-based products including communication papers, specialty and packaging papers and market pulp. He has served in this capacity since 2014. Prior to joining Domtar, Mr. Garcia was the Chief Executive Officer at EVRAZ Highveld Steel & Vanadium Co. Mr. Garcia has more than 25 years of management experience in paper, steel, and aluminum manufacturing and marketing.
