Currently serving as Head of Operational Governance at Allianz Direct since September 2022, Leila previously held roles at Allianz as OE Manager and at Allianz Technology, where responsibilities included global vendor management and sourcing for IT hardware and cloud services. Leila's career also includes significant contributions to Allianz France in IT services procurement and HR project tenders. Prior to Allianz, Leila gained diverse experience in procurement and analysis at companies such as Xchanging, Poudrox Industries, SNCF, and Danone Waters. Leila holds a Master's degree from ESC Amiens and a Licence in Economics and Management from Université Paris Nanterre.
