Dr. Klaus Schlobach

Dr. Klaus Schlobach has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Global P&C Academy and Sustainability at Allianz since January 2012, focusing on sustainability strategy development for the P&C business. Prior to this role, Dr. Schlobach held various leadership positions including Senior Vice President at Allianz Versicherungs-AG, where responsibilities involved strategic projects and digital transformation, and Vice President of Strategic Development, overseeing organizational and change management. Earlier career stages included roles in sales management and project management at Allianz and a research and teaching assistant position at the University of Augsburg. Dr. Schlobach holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-WHU and has a strong foundation in law and international management.
