Megan Garvan

Megan Garvan is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in the claims management, risk, and compliance sectors within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Head of Governance and Performance and Head of Risk and Compliance at Allianz since May 2019, Megan has previously held significant roles at icare NSW, KPMG, Xchanging, SRI Consultants, TAL, GenRe Life Health, and Hannover Life Re Australasia. A strong background in strategic management, operational excellence, and customer relations has been complemented by specialized roles in risk management and quality assurance. Megan holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Sydney.
