Ouiza Bechar

Ouiza BECHAR is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer operations within the insurance and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer at Allianz, Ouiza has held various leadership roles including Head of Digital Distribution, Customer Experience, and Partnerships. At Prudential Corporation Asia, Ouiza was the Director of Regional Customer Journey & Operations. Previous roles also include significant positions at AIG as Deputy Director for the Enterprise Finance Transformation Program, and at AXA as Business Transformation Officer for High Growth Markets, as well as Senior Crisis Management and Business Continuity Officer. Additionally, Ouiza has educational credentials from INSEAD, specifically in the GEMBA ASIA program.
