Ralf Hilscher

Ralf Hilscher currently serves as the Head of Employer Branding & Onboarding for the German Desk within Group Human Resources at Allianz SE, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Ralf accumulated extensive experience at Allianz in Deutschland from January 2006 to January 2021, covering various leadership positions including Employer Branding, Onboarding, and vocational training. Ralf began the career journey in Allianz Indonesia as a Trainee in the High Potential Program in 2005 after completing initial training in different departments at Allianz from 2003 to 2004. Ralf is also pursuing education at the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie München since 1998.
