Emilie Hsieh

Emilie Hsieh is the Founder and CEO of Allie, a company established in 2016 that focuses on fostering inclusive workplace cultures through tools such as surveys, microlearning, and anonymized feedback. Parallel to this role, Emilie has operated as a freelance consultant and advisor since 2014, providing expertise in product development, go-to-market strategies, and business planning for various startups and established companies. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure as an Associate at A.T. Kearney, where Emilie specialized in the retail and consumer industries and received recognition for impactful client engagements. Emilie earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University in 2009.
