Aaron Silverman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aaron started their career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from October 2002 to August 2004. Aaron then worked for the Iowa Democratic Party as the "Road Trip to Victory" Coordinator from August 2004 to November 2004. After that, they joined Search for Common Ground as a Fellow in the Children & Youth Program from April 2005 to February 2006. Following this, they joined the Rocky Mountain Institute as a Fellow in the Energy & Resources Consulting Team from March 2006 to June 2007.
In 2008, Aaron worked as a Summer Associate at GE Energy Financial Services from June to August, where they conducted underwriting analysis for venture capital investments in the cleantech space. Aaron then joined Gamesa, a wind farm development company, where they served in various roles including Business Development and Development Pipeline Manager from August 2009 to March 2014.
From March 2014 to December 2015, Aaron worked as a Project Developer at Borrego Solar Systems, Inc. In 2016, they joined Allied Beverage Group and took on roles such as Brand Development Manager and Operations. Aaron later became the Vice President of Supply Chain & Quality Control and currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain.
Aaron Silverman attended Yale University from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Aaron continued their education at the Yale School of Management from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
