Rusty Brown

Rusty Brown serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Allied Power since 2019 and the President of R.L. Brown Consulting since 2013, specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the Power, Oil & Gas, and downstream services sectors. Major clients include Bernhard Capital and KPMG, with a focus on strategic client development and identifying/acquiring companies in the oil and gas sector. Prior to these roles, Rusty Brown was the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at The Shaw Group from 1995 to 2013, overseeing a global engineering and construction firm with over $5 billion in annual revenue and more than 25,000 employees. Rusty Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and graduated from Clear Lake High School between 1973 and 1976.
