Allied Vision
Rebecca Knauer has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Rebecca started their career as an intern in HR at Schott Jenaer Glas GmbH in 2006. Following that, they worked as a mentor for foreign students at Studentenwerk Jena / Weimar from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Analytik Jena AG, first as a student employee in HR, and later as an HR project specialist on a temporary basis. In the same year, they also had a temporary role as an assistant to the sales director at JENOPTIK Automatisierungstechnik GmbH. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an employment agent at Agentur Für Arbeit. Rebecca then took a parental leave from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Allied Vision as an HR business partner and later advanced to the position of manager and director of human resources.
Rebecca Knauer completed their apprenticeship as an Insurance Agent at Maklerbüro Culina from 1999 to 2002. From 2003 to 2008, they attended Fachhochschule Jena and received a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on HR and Business Law.
