Eleanor Altamura has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Philosophy from The Johns Hopkins University. Eleanor also holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and a Master of Science (MSc) in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford. Additionally, they completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, as well as the GCSE and IGCSE programs at Bermuda High School.
