Thea Rozenbergs AIA, LEED AP BDC is a Senior Architect at Alliiance, with extensive experience in sustainable design and architecture. Prior roles include Sr. Sustainable Design Project Manager at Ryan Companies US, Inc., and Senior Project Architect at BWBR, where Thea led interdisciplinary teams on complex science technology and manufacturing projects. Previous positions include Architectural Design and Sustainable Design Research at LHB, and an Architectural Intern at Collage Architects. Thea's early career encompassed roles focused on sustainable materials and project management at Natural Built Home and hands-on experiences at William Sauntry Mansion. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Architecture with a focus on Sustainable Design, along with multiple degrees in Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Minnesota.
