Charles Erickson

Charles Erickson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system architecture, operations, and project management. Currently serving as Global IT Architecture Manager at Allison Transmission since August 2007, Charles leads the IT Architecture Review Board, focusing on governance and the strategic design of IT solutions to enhance business value. Previous roles at Allison include IT Operations and Architecture Manager, where significant projects included data center migrations, virtualization, and the implementation of various IT solutions post-divestiture from General Motors. With earlier experience at General Motors, National Steel Corporation as a Senior IT Architect overseeing e-commerce initiatives, and foundational roles as a Software Engineer at Digital Interface Systems, Charles possesses a robust background in IT operations and development. Charles holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Computer Science, Math, and Psychology from Western Michigan University.
