Della Conley-Clements, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global distribution and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Global Distribution Analyst at Allison Transmission since February 2023, Della previously held various strategic roles at Rolls-Royce from January 2015 to February 2023, including Strategic Fleet Manager and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Coordinator. Prior experience also includes positions as Shipping Manager at Zee Medical, Inventory Management at Sealed Air Corporation, and Inventory Specialist at Pitney Bowes. Della began a career in the beauty industry as Owner/Cosmetologist at Pin Ups Salon from November 2005 to November 2009.
