Pat Morello

Pat Morello is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in defense operations, procurement, and product management. Currently serving as Executive Director of Defense Operations and Contracts at Allison Transmission since April 2016, Pat oversees all aspects of business operations within the Defense segment, including contract and proposal management. Previous roles at Allison Transmission include Executive Director of Procurement, responsible for Direct Material procurement and Capital Management. Pat's experience at Navistar Inc. includes positions as Director of Procurement and Purchasing Manager, focusing on supplier management for vehicle components. Earlier roles at Navistar Defense and Navistar Inc. involved product engineering, reliability and quality management, and special projects. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University.
