Reuben Greene II

Reuben Greene II is an experienced production manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in the automotive manufacturing industry. Currently at Allison Transmission since August 2018, Reuben has successfully progressed from production supervisor to senior production supervisor and now production manager, overseeing unionized production operations and applying lean manufacturing and data analytics to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. Prior experience includes serving as a production unit leader at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where leadership of multiple production teams in a high-volume environment was crucial, and an internship at Chrysler Group LLC, focusing on team management and inventory maintenance. Reuben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana State University, completed in 2014.
