Rj Meganathan

RJ Meganathan has extensive experience in the fields of purchasing, supplier quality, and metallurgy, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Purchasing and Supplier Quality at Allison Transmission since July 2009, RJ oversees global sourcing and supplier quality alongside operations and manufacturing. Prior to this role, RJ held the position of Deputy Director of Purchasing and Supplier Quality at The Timken Company, where responsibilities included quality leadership and corporate coordination in metallurgy. Additionally, RJ served as Senior Deputy Manager at Delphi-TVS, gaining significant project experience and expertise in process planning and production management. RJ holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from PSG College of Technology and completed higher secondary education in math, physics, chemistry, and biology at Government Higher Secondary School, Gudiyatham.
