Miniushka Hughes

Miniushka Hughes has extensive work experience in the public relations and communications industry. Miniushka is currently working as a Senior Vice President of Technology at Allison+Partners, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, Miniushka worked as a Vice President at Access Brand Communications from December 2016 to August 2022. Miniushka also served as Vice President and Director of Client Service at Access Emanate in London from November 2012 to August 2015, and as a Senior Associate at Access Emanate in Los Angeles from October 2011 to July 2012. Before joining Access Emanate, Miniushka worked at Havas PR UK from May 2011 to October 2011 in various roles, including Account Director and Senior Account Manager. Miniushka also had experience as an Account Manager at Euro RSCG London from January 2008 to January 2009 and as an Account Executive at Spider PR from February 2006 to August 2006. Miniushka began their career as a Programme Assistant (Intern) at UNDP, where they completed a 4-month internship focused on high-level messaging and strategy documents for the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2005.

Miniushka Hughes completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communication Studies from Swansea University between 2001 and 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Masters Degree in International Public Relations at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2004 to 2005.
