Drew Charman

Drew Charman is an experienced ITIL Change Manager currently at AllPoints Fibre since September 2023, following a consolidation of Change Manager roles from Giganet. Drew has a long-standing involvement with JCI United Kingdom, serving as Senator since 2014 and holding various significant positions such as Hon Secretary and Immediate Past National President. Previously, Drew was employed at Giganet as an ITIL Change Manager for a brief period and had a robust tenure at Virgin Media from 2010 to early 2023, overseeing end-to-end Change Management processes. Prior to these roles, Drew held positions in Change and Project Management at Ericsson and IBM Global Services, showcasing extensive expertise in managing change within telecommunications and services. Drew's educational background includes studies at the University of the West of England and The Petersfield School.
