Rudy Rubio is an experienced leader in operations and partnership management, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations & People at All Raise since October 2022. In this role, Rudy has led the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including creating hiring and onboarding processes. Prior to All Raise, Rudy held various positions at Minerva Project from November 2017 to October 2022, contributing to partnership management and program delivery. Rudy’s background includes significant roles at Coursera, the U.S. Department of State, BloomBoard, and several others, demonstrating expertise in team leadership, program management, and educational outreach. Rudy holds a BA in Public Policy and an MA in Education: International Education Administration and Policy Analysis from Stanford University.
