Joel Ogle has over a decade of experience in recruitment and management roles, currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. since May 2016, where Ogle achieved record-breaking annual production and recognition as the top producer for six consecutive years. Prior experience includes a successful tenure at MBS Solutions as a Recruiter, producing $340k in a year, and serving as Executive Director for the York County Republican Committee, overseeing various critical responsibilities from fundraising to campaign strategy. Joel Ogle also has prior experience in IT Sales with Livewire Digital and holds degrees in Government and English from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, as well as completing a study abroad program in International Relations and Affairs at London Metropolitan University.
