Chris is Managing Partner for the Residential Division and is responsible for the running and expansion of our residential auction service. The department is now the largest residential auction house in the UK. Chris is also an experienced auctioneer.
Chris joined Allsop’s Residential Auction Department in in 1987, became an Equity Partner in 1999 and was appointed Residential Managing Partner in 2006.
In 1989 and 1990 he was the winner of both the London Heat and National Final of the ISVA’s auction competition. Chris was awarded The Hammerson Prize for the College of Estate Management’s Diploma in Surveying in 1992 for ISVA’s best Professional Assessment Presentation in 1994.
