Bithja P.

Bithja P. currently serves as the Head of Internal Communications and Co-Lead of the Black/African American Employee Resource Group at Allspring Global Investments, with additional responsibilities as an External Communications Strategist since February 2022. Prior to this role, Bithja P. worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from July 2017 to February 2022, focusing on Internal & Executive Communications and community development initiatives, including Advancing Black Pathways, and participated in the Corporate Analyst Development Program. Earlier experience includes an office assistant position at Miriam Lazofsky Attorney at Law in 2015. Bithja P. holds a Master of Arts in Public Media & Strategic Communications from Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies with an English minor from Fordham University, alongside education from St. Edmund Preparatory High School.
