Dawn Sapp

Dawn Sapp currently serves as the Head of Technology & Operations FP&A at Allspring Global Investments, having started in March 2025. Prior to this role, Dawn Sapp held various leadership positions at TIAA from July 2013 to March 2025, including Senior Director of Finance Business Support, where responsibilities included supporting the growth of the Digital & Client Experience business area and developing executive-level reporting packages. Early career experiences include positions at Bank of America, where Dawn Sapp managed financial reporting for multiple segments, and Delta Air Lines, leading financial planning and analysis. Dawn Sapp possesses an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Accounting from DePaul University.
