Michael Sedberry, PMP, SPHR, serves as the Head of Corporate Enterprise Systems at Allspring Global Investments since October 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Vice President of HR Systems at City National Bank from August 2016 to October 2022. Michael's extensive career at The Walt Disney Company spanned over two decades, during which positions included Director of HR Systems & Operations, Sr. Manager of HR Systems, Manager of HR Systems, Supervisor of Desktop Support, Senior Network Analyst, Lead Information Technology Analyst, and Desktop Support Analyst. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University.
