Tom Steffen

Tom Steffen currently serves as the Head of Digital Marketing and Platform Management at Allspring Global Investments, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Tom was with Wells Fargo from August 2007 to November 2021, where roles included Senior Vice President Digital, Senior Vice President Social Media Strategy, and Senior Vice President of E-Commerce, leading significant digital transformations and social media strategies that enhanced client experiences and brand presence. Tom also has experience as VP of Marketing at Wells Fargo from January 2005 to 2007 and as Marketing Director at Strong Capital Management from June 1997 to December 2004, overseeing various marketing initiatives. Tom holds an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
