Richard'smost recent role is as the Director of Human Resources & Communications Digital Transformation at Allstate Canada, where they are leading the digital transformation to modernize HR systems and processes. Richard also has experience in product marketing, pricing, and financial analysis. Richard Pang attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they obtained an HBA degree in Business.
