Sutharshan Rajakulasingam has over 9 years of work experience in various roles. Sutharshan started their career at Best Buy as a Sales Associate, where they provided customer service and increased sales. Sutharshan then became a Mobile Lead Supervisor, managing and training staff to ensure efficient operations and meeting targets. Sutharshan then joined RBC Insurance as a Licensed Insurance Advisor, where they served as a single point of contact for customers and analyzed risk assessments for automobile and property policies. Sutharshan later joined Allstate Canada as a Universal Agent, providing auto and property products to customers and contributing to sales objectives. Sutharshan then transitioned to the role of Quality Coach, where they coached agents on quality and performance indicators. Sutharshan subsequently became an Operations Support Specialist, providing real-time product, service, and sales support to various teams and evaluating agent interactions for improvement. Currently, they are a Team Lead, Operations Support Specialist, supporting the development and performance of Operations Support Specialists and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Sutharshan Rajakulasingam holds a College Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Seneca Polytechnic. Sutharshan also obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from David and Mary Thomson Collegiate Institute. Additionally, they have a certification in OTL from the Insurance Institute of Canada, which was obtained in 2015.
