Colton Reif

Colton Reif is an experienced program manager and investor at Allstate Strategic Ventures since June 2015, where responsibilities include developing startup engagement processes and leading research teams to analyze and innovate trends in technology and various industries. Prior experience includes serving as a business and financial consultant on the founding team of Lukla Apparel (now Oros Apparel), where focus was on integrating NASA-invented materials into cold-weather apparel. Colton also held leadership roles with Igoodea Creatives and Miami Entrepreneurs, contributing to creativity consulting and entrepreneurial projects. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University. Additionally, Colton gained international business insights as a student ambassador in the Pacific-Rim Abroad Program.
