Dolina Lordeus Lascaze

Dolina Lordeus Lascaze serves as the Director - Senior Managing Counsel at Allstate since June 2006, where responsibilities include managing, training, and supervising a team of 18 employees, including attorneys and paralegals, at the Miami Staff Counsel Office. For two years, Dolina also co-managed the Tampa Staff Counsel Office. Prior to this role, Dolina served as Lead Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney, 17th Judicial Circuit from May 2003 to June 2006, successfully conducting over 40 criminal jury trials and maintaining a high conviction rate while managing a caseload exceeding 150 files. Dolina earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
