Jonathan Green

Jonathan Green is an experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as the Director and Head of Global Learning and Development at Allstate since March 2024, where efforts focus on transforming the learning experience and enhancing business results. Previously, Jonathan spent nearly 19 years at Verizon, culminating in the role of Sr Director for Learning & Development VCG, emphasizing the transformation of learning environments across various work groups. Jonathan has also held significant positions such as Director HQ Customer Service Operations and Contact Center Director, demonstrating expertise in service strategy and operational management. Prior roles include Director of Training and QA at Sitel, AVP/Center Manager at Bank of the West, and Call Quality Department Manager at Providian Financial. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University and has a foundational education from California State University-Sacramento.
