Melissa Cook

Melissa Cook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and design industries. Currently serving as a Process and Design Lead Consultant at Allstate since March 2009, Melissa collaborates with the Product and Compliance Team on Property Claims Line Management. Previous roles at Allstate include Claim Service Leader, where Melissa managed multiple teams overseeing substantial recoveries, and Team Lead, responsible for directing investigative theft loss operations. Prior experience includes office management at Premier Global Production Company and an internship in interior design, where Melissa gained valuable skills in project support, resource management, and design software. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
