Saul Cabrera

Saul Cabrera is an experienced Human Resources leader currently serving as the Director, Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Allstate since October 2021. Saul is responsible for developing and implementing human capital strategies aligned with the Claims organization's needs and provides strategic HR consulting to top executives. Prior to Allstate, Saul held multiple HR leadership roles at Farmers Insurance from September 2015 to October 2021, including Director of HR Business Partner, where strategic consulting was provided to various key executives. Saul's earlier experience includes significant HR roles at Arvato Digital Services, overseeing corporate and shared services functions across North America. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
