Sean Barry

Sean Barry is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience leading recruitment strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Allstate since August 2021, Barry defines and executes innovative talent acquisition strategies. Previous roles include Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Walgreens, where recruitment functions were overseen for the entire organization, and Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at Trustmark Companies, where responsibilities encompassed workforce planning and employee assessment. Additional experience includes consultancy work for notable firms such as eBay/PayPal, as well as leadership positions at Discover Financial Services and GE Capital, where Barry centralized recruitment efforts for large-scale organizations. Barry holds an M.S. in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
