James Hugger

James Hugger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James most recently worked as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Allstates WorldCargo since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at IAA from July 2022 to May 2023. Before their role at IAA, James held several positions at XPO Logistics, Inc., including Senior Director of Strategy and Transformation from February 2018 to January 2022, and Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from April 2012 to February 2018. James'searlier experience includes working as a Region Controller at Compass Group North America from May 2010 to April 2012, and a Region Finance Manager and Accounting Manager at United Rentals from June 2004 to March 2010. James also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from January 2002 to June 2004, and started their career as an International Tax Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers from January 2000 to January 2002.

James Hugger pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, starting in 1998 and completing it in 1999.
