Valérie Hug started their work experience in 2018 as a Flight Attendant at Helvetic Airways. Valérie then joined Allthings in 2019, initially as a Working Student and later transitioned to the role of a Customer Success Manager in November 2022.

Valérie Hug completed their Matura from Upper Secondary School Baden in the years 2014 to 2018. Valérie then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Law at the University of Basel from 2019 to 2023.
