Jim Benson

Jim Benson is an experienced sales professional with a robust background in the building products industry. Currently serving as the Area Sales Manager for the West at Allura™ Fiber Cement Products since November 2021, Jim has previously held leadership roles including Branch Manager at Bedrosians Tile and Stone and VP Product Sales Manager at Allura™ Fiber Cement Products. With a significant tenure at Simonton Windows as VP National Account Manager and various positions at James Hardie Building Products, including National Account Manager and Western Regional Sales Manager, Jim has demonstrated expertise in sales management, operations, and team development. Earlier in the career, roles at Dal-Tile Corporation and as an Independent Sales Representative at Tile Industry Sales Incorporated further established Jim's skills in branch management and sales strategy. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Illinois State University and has pursued advanced education at the University of Pennsylvania, Northwestern University, and UCLA Anderson School of Management.
