Manu Puri serves as the Senior Leader of L&D Transformation and Customer Success at Allyis since May 2023, focusing on innovative learning solutions for Microsoft clients and advancing Learning as a Service (LaaS™). Previously, Manu was the Vice President of Learning and Development (IT) at Capital Group, where a vision and strategy were established to enhance IT professionals' capabilities aligned with the company's mission. As a Global L&D Strategy Leader at GE Digital, leadership programs were developed to cultivate future leaders in Software and IT, while earlier roles at GE and Microsoft involved fostering learning organizations and supporting digital transformation initiatives. Manu holds a Master of Information Technology from Virginia Tech, an MBA from Rutgers Business School, and a BA in Economics and Statistics from Rutgers University.
