Ines Stenius

Ines Stenius is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as Vice President of People & Organization at ALMACO Group since August 2005. In this role, Ines is responsible for the ALMACO People Strategy and Business plan, organizational development in collaboration with executives and managers, people process development, talent and performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to ALMACO, Ines worked at Nokia Group from May 1999 to May 2005, starting as an HR Specialist and advancing to Human Resources Manager, focusing on personnel and operational mode development projects and ownership of various human resources processes. Ines holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Turku, completed in January 1997, and has an educational background from Paimio High School.
