Barla Kumar

Barla Kumar is a seasoned professional in dairy production management with extensive experience at Almarai since February 2015, currently serving as Senior Production Manager. Kumar has successfully led operational excellence initiatives, resulting in over 10 million SAR in cost savings through various optimization projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing production floor performance, supporting resolution of on-line issues, developing and training on standard operating procedures, and driving safety programs aimed at achieving zero incident rates. Previous roles include Assistant Production Manager and Manufacturing Team Manager, along with experience at Heritage Foods Ltd. as an Executive managing shift operations.
