John Amirtharaj

John Amirtharaj is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in human resource management across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Recruitment Manager at Almarai since 2016, John oversees hiring strategies for one of the largest integrated dairy companies globally. Prior to Almarai, John was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Franklin Templeton Investments, focusing on India and regional hiring across Asia. John has also held significant roles at Microsoft Corporation as a Staffing Lead, Symphony Teleca as a Lead Recruiter, and co-founded Alphaeus HR Services Inc. Additionally, John began a career in recruitment at Infosys and has experience in HR executive roles and quality analysis.
