Michael Shive

Michael Shive has had extensive experience in operations and distribution management throughout their career. Michael started their career at Dunkin' Donuts National DCP, LLC in 1988 as a Distribution Center Manager, where they excelled in managing the company's distribution operations for over a decade. In 2000, they then joined Almo Corporation as Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing a national network of distribution centers that serviced various industries, including major appliance dealer networks, eCommerce fulfillment channels, consumer electronics, and professional audio/visual dealers. Michael managed various aspects of the business, including business planning, performance metrics, lease location analysis and negotiations, inventory control, facilities management, office and warehouse construction projects, as well as interior design and layout. Their contributions have made a significant impact on the efficiency and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Michael Shive has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
