Juliana Shimer

Juliana Shimer, MBA, is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Global Marketing at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since November 2022. Previously, Juliana held roles at Biogen as Associate Director of US HCP Marketing for Rare Disease and at Takeda as HAE Portfolio Marketing Lead. Juliana's earlier experience includes positions at Shire, Smith & Nephew, World Congress, and Salem State University, showcasing a diverse background in marketing, operations, and program management. Juliana's educational qualifications include an MBA from Endicott College, a Healthcare Compliance Certification from Seton Hall University, a BS in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Salem State University, and a certificate from Boston University in Legal, Medical, and Community Interpreting and Translating.
