Prior to AlohaCare, Jerome owned JJ Consulting Solutions, providing strategic customer service solutions, and held leadership roles at Cigna, Amerigroup Corporation, Universal Health Care, WellCare, and Oxford Health Plans, where significant cost reductions and operational efficiencies were achieved. Jerome holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on HealthCare Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management from American InterContinental University.
